DIYHurricaneSupply.com guarantees satisfaction with all products and we will refund the purchase price of any in-stock item that the buyer is not 100% satisfied with. We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

  • All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  • Buyer must return the item in the same condition that we shipped it in, with return shipping pre-paid.
  • Custom made or special ordered items may not be returned.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Items damaged during shipping will be refunded in accordance with the shippers
